Job Description

We seek an experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong background in accounting to oversee client accounts, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide strategic financial insights.

  • Oversight of day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Leadership and mentorship of a team of accountants and bookkeepers to achieve departmental goals.
  • Compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Development and implementation of financial controls and process improvements.
  • Collaboration with management and clients to address financial inquiries, resolve issues, and provide strategic insights.
  • Audit coordination and liaison with external accountants as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting practices.
  • Experience in property management accounting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
