The Opportunity

As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead our growth strategy development and execution.

This role involves designing and implementing a go-to-market plan, expanding brand visibility, and generating inbound client interest while offering remote work flexibility with opportunities for in-person travel.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Leadership
    1. Develop a sales strategy targeting mid-market and enterprise clients across telecom, data infrastructure, and construction
    2. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
    3. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
    4. Hire and mentor a team of sales/business development professionals over time
  2. Marketing & Growth
    1. Launch marketing campaigns highlighting our telecom and infrastructure solutions
    2. Create case studies and client success stories showcasing our expertise
    3. Manage online presence to ensure discoverability and trust
    4. Explore partnerships, industry events, and PR opportunities to position us as leaders
  3. Strategy & Reporting
    1. Partner with leadership to define growth targets and priorities
    2. Establish KPIs for sales and marketing performance and provide regular reports
    3. Identify new markets, verticals, and opportunities for expansion
Qualifications

We seek candidates with:

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing, ideally in telecoms, infrastructure, or industrial services
  • A proven track record of building and closing pipelines from scratch
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and inbound lead generation
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a growing company environment
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • A willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events
