Job Description:

This role requires a skilled technical leader to drive the development of innovative solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge technology services and lead a team of developers.

  • Lead the integration of software applications with internal data infrastructure using microservice architecture design.
  • Review and modernize existing automation designs to ensure codebase support and stability.
  • Work closely with domain SME teams to implement enrichment and rules for automation integration.
  • Collaborate with non-development team members to educate them on software development best practices.
  • Present and update designs to other developers for review and feedback.
  • Contribute to a scrum team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 8+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience in multiple languages, including Python, C#, SQL, Javascript, VueJS, Angular, and NodeJS.
  • 2+ years of experience driving software architecture and engineering best practices.
  • 5+ years of experience developing with design patterns and microservices infrastructure.
  • 2+ years of DevOps experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and working with containerized environments.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain, diagram, and document design decisions.
