Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Systems Specialist.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IT systems, including firewall security and user VPNs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve connectivity and access issues.
  • Work closely with the IT Director on project development, suggesting improvements and creating reports using Jira and email.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT, with proficiency in Linux operating systems (Red Hat/CentOS, Ubuntu) and Microsoft Windows administration.
  • Experience in third-party handling, fluent English language skills, and ability to work directly with US or EU customers.
  • Scripting knowledge in Bash, Python, or Perl, as well as networking skills, including Fortigate firewall setup and basic WiFi knowledge.
  • IT automation expertise using technologies like Ansible.
