About Our Business

We provide general purpose short-term commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States.

Our company operates remotely with flexible working hours from 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday.

The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language and being comfortable using productivity monitoring systems.

About the Role

We are seeking an Account Representative to drive sales growth, deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and other similar entities.

  • Initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with ISOs, mortgage brokers and other similar entities to generate referrals.
  • Pursue assigned leads via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support files process through the pipeline.
  • Accurately record sales activities, client interactions and pipeline management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced level of verbal and written English required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Teams preferred.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proactive approach and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous sales experience in US is desirable.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools to track and manage sales activity.
