Minion Solutions Inc is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in the Philippines. As a key member of our Thales Digital and Identity Security Global Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with customers.

This role requires a strong understanding of the banking and payment industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all organizational levels. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and fulfilled and act as a customer advocate to drive sales and identify opportunities.

The Senior Business Development Executive will be accountable for:

  • Managing direct customers with an annual revenue > 5M
  • Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expand current contracts with new services and use cases
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction levels and ensuring successful contract renewals

We are looking for a professional with:

  • Proven experience as a business development executive in the banking and payment industry
  • Strong understanding of the digital payment ecosystem and stakeholders in the Philippines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
