Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to and accept inbound calls from healthcare providers
  • Answer questions about participation requirements, assistance with registration and login, assessment completion, and scoring results inquiries
Requirements
  • Active PRC License
  • 2 years of Bedside / Clinical experience
  • Preferably with 6 months of BPO Healthcare Account experience

About the Role

As a Healthcare Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our clients. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to and accepting inbound calls from healthcare providers, answering questions about participation requirements, assistance with registration and login, assessment completion, and scoring results inquiries.
