Job Summary

We seek a strategic email marketing professional to develop and execute impactful email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and boost customer retention.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and optimize email messaging and content.
  • Design and implement automated email workflows to nurture leads and improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Leverage A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action (CTAs) for improved email performance.
  • Maintain adherence to best practices in design, deliverability, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Create compelling, error-free email copy that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with designers to enhance email layouts and visual appeal for improved user experience.
  • Align email marketing with broader marketing initiatives and strategies for maximum impact.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Track and analyze email campaign performance using key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Generate reports and insights to drive continuous improvements and optimization of email marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, campaign execution, and automation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, Pardot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in database management and audience segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Strong expertise in copywriting, messaging, and email automation workflows for efficient email campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics, and deliverability optimization for improved email performance.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
