Email Marketing Specialist

Are you a marketing enthusiast who loves creating engaging campaigns and driving customer action? We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time remote role where you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer communication across email, SMS, and push channels. Your goal is to engage, convert, and retain customers through data-driven, on-brand messaging.

About the Role

As an Email Marketing Specialist, your main objective is to develop and implement effective email marketing strategies that drive revenue and improve customer experience. You will work closely with the Content Manager to ensure every message is aligned with our brand voice and aesthetic.

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and continuously optimizing advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Leading the planning, creation, and scheduling of all marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the CX team to enhance customer communications using NPS and other feedback to improve messaging strategy.
  • Developing detailed briefs for the Content team, using data and past performance insights to guide the creation of high-converting email content.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
  • Skilled in copywriting and creating messages that convert.
  • A deep understanding of digital customer behavior and how to drive action through comms.
  • Strong technical CRM skills, segmentation, tagging, APIs, integrations, and product feeds.
