Job Summary

The Product Owner is a critical role that leads product development from start to finish. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets company goals and objectives, driving product innovation and success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Engineering to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present product development ideas to stakeholders and update them on progress.
  • Define product specifications and user stories, working closely with Engineering and Business Teams.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on changing requirements.
  • Plan and execute AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Emphasize agile principles and methodologies to improve the product delivery process.
  • Coach and mentor other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Understanding of UX principles and psychology.
