Job Title: Senior Credit Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Strategist to lead our credit risk management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing credit policies and procedures tailored to real estate transactions.

  • Credit Policy & Strategy: Develop, implement, and maintain credit risk policies and procedures aligned with our company's investment goals;
  • Credit Evaluation & Approval: Assess borrower creditworthiness, approve or escalate credit decisions based on risk thresholds and financial analysis;
  • Portfolio Risk Management: Monitor the performance of the credit portfolio, identify emerging risks, and implement mitigation strategies;
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of credit analysts and underwriters, promote a culture of accountability and continuous learning;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred);
  • 8-10+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in real estate or top financial institutions;
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. lending regulations and real estate market dynamics;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills;
