This position plays a crucial role in the success of our studio, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely.
- Organize and maintain project documents across various projects.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Update technical documents and ensure distribution to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain document control registers and update regularly.
- Create and manage document templates to standardize processes.
- Support team members and clients in retrieving documentation.

Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in document control or project coordination.

- Confident user of MS Office; familiarity with document management systems is a plus.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize workload.
