As a key member of our team, the Document Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the management and submission of Contract Data Requirements List deliverables.
This individual will be responsible for tracking documents, ensuring proper formatting, version control, and on-time submission of documentation. They will also coordinate internal reviews and approvals to verify accuracy and completeness of documents.
Maintaining updated document logs, transmittals, and submission records is crucial to this position. The ideal candidate will have experience in document control for U.S. Government or DoD contracts and be familiar with CDRL processes, formatting, and submission standards.
Responsibilities:- Track and manage all CDRL deliverables and project documents throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure proper formatting, version control, and on-time submission of documentation
- Coordinate internal reviews and approvals to verify accuracy and completeness of documents
- Maintain updated document logs, transmittals, and submission records
- Archive and organize documents according to contract and ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Support audits and reviews by preparing and retrieving required documentation
- Monitor submission schedules and follow up with teams to meet deadlines
- Communicate document requirements and changes across departments
Requirements include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field, and strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
