About the Role

iSupport Worldwide is looking for a People Systems Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our HR systems.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in HRIS administration, configuration, and implementation, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient system functionality.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to develop user procedures, guidelines, and training materials.
  • Provide daily support for Dayforce and other HR systems, addressing user issues and break/fix incidents.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance user knowledge and adoption of HR systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HRIS Administration and configurations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading HR/HRIS projects and designing or developing custom reports.
  • Functional knowledge of HCM systems, including HR, Payroll, Talent Management, ATS, Onboarding, and Benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
