Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Support Engineer to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing top-notch customer support and have a passion for IT security.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a brand ambassador to build and develop a strong community presence.
- Resolve customer queries proactively on online platforms, deflecting support cases whenever possible.
- Monitor and escalate user issues reported online, ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate urgent product advisories and latest version releases through social media channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT security concepts, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows Desktop and Server operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, including MS SystemCenter Virtual Machine Manager and/or VMWARE.
- Understanding of online community platforms and experience with social media platforms.
