We are seeking an experienced Compliance Professional to champion our culture of compliance and risk awareness globally.

The ideal candidate will utilize technology to enhance regulatory adherence, continuously improve policies, training, and processes. Key responsibilities include reviewing high-risk client assessments, managing screening alerts, quality review and reporting, investigation timeliness, STR filing, and improvements to onboarding and ongoing monitoring.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer. Ideally located in Singapore or open to remote work options.

Key skills and qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, ownership, humility, structured thinking, and clear communication.
