Our company is seeking a seasoned financial expert to join our team as a Financial Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions and statements. You will work closely with our tax professionals to prepare and review personal income tax returns, including employee and business schedules, and rental properties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound judgments. You will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.

  • Prepare and review personal income tax returns for individuals, including employees, business schedules, and rental properties.
  • Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns.
  • Perform regular financial analysis and reporting, including reconciliation of bank and loan items.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.
