We are seeking an accomplished Technical Support Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to clients using Elite 3E software. You will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical consultative support to clients via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Document challenges, expectations, steps to reproduce, and necessary logs and attachments in a case management system.
  • Use remote access utilities and resources to replicate customer challenges.
  • Leverage internal knowledgebase resources, peer knowledge, and documentation for known solutions.
  • Isolate causes and take restorative actions while minimizing disruption to the customer's business operation.
  • Communicate complex business processes, procedures, and diverse information to resolve customer issues and potential future preventative actions.
  • Maintain dashboard management, including volume of active service requests and aging specifications of open service requests.
  • Provide high-level soft skills in communication with customers and internal peers.
  • Collaborate and interact with team, department, and interdepartmental peers to resolve customer issues effectively and timely.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Finance Analyst, and/or Accounting and Finance.
  • 2+ years technical, financial, accounting, and/or customer service experience with financial programs.
  • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, MS office, Azure, Azure Monitoring, Smartsheet, IE, Chrome, and relational database concepts.
  • Exceptional customer service soft skills with expertise in troubleshooting and solving complex problems.
