We're seeking a highly skilled Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting employees' financial wellness by approving loans within specified limits and referring loan applications outside those limits to management for approval.

Your responsibilities will include obtaining information for loan applications, answering questions about the process, explaining different types of loans and credit options, and reviewing and updating credit and loan files. You will also be responsible for staying abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products to better meet customers' needs.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English, be confident and comfortable receiving inbound and making outbound calls, and be highly detail-oriented with the ability to focus on specific information and identify issues and errors.

You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and be willing to adapt to shifting schedules. Reliable internet connectivity is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve loans within specified limits
