Expert Technical Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Triage bugs and feature requests with the respective team and maintain constant communication with customers.
- Analyze trends, test, and train our support bot regularly.
- Empower our users through education and training.
- Serve as a technical expert and answer product questions to help customers maximize their product experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer requirements.
- Develop custom solutions using ReactJS, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, and Golang.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent educational or professional experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of support experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages: ReactJS, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, and Golang.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
