OSF's Finance Analyst is an essential member of the finance team overseeing diverse financial functions for precision and compliance within OSF Philippines. This is a Senior Role that involves managing tax compliance, leading during audits and navigating intricate payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness, whilst providing support to the ANZ/APAC region's Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Administer and process payroll in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries and benefits bi-monthly.
• Stay abreast of changes in labour laws affecting payment and adjust processes accordingly.
• Import monthly payroll into Netsuite following OSF's processes and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Reconcile bank statements on a weekly basis.
• Monitor and manage cash flow.
• Follow OSF processes and ensure that creditors are paid in line with their payment terms.
• Manage employee expenses in line with OSF's policy.
• Set up of bank payments for accounts payable.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing and payment of all tax returns.
• Keep abreast of changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
• Provide necessary documentation and explanations to support audit processes.
• Preparation of intercompany transactions; this includes both the creation of invoices within Netsuite and reporting on intercompany transactions.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports including P&L, Balance sheet and Aging Report.
• Ad hoc reporting as requested by management.
• Monthly and quarterly reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Provide ad hoc support to projects and / or corporate finance initiatives.
• Provide general financial administrative support to any OSF subsidiary as and when required.

Requirements

• Graduate of Accounting/Finance or any Business Management related course
• 5+ years of financial experience
• 1 - 2 years of experience in Payroll is required
• Previous experience in accounts payable, preferably within a professional services business
• A broad understanding of accounting and business software with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of Philippines accounting standard and tax regulations
• Excellent Excel skills are a must
• Exceptional organisational skills – able to multi-task and prioritise activities
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
• Any prior experience using Netsuite is highly desirable
• CPA or CFA Certification is highly desirable
• Excellent documentation skills
• Focused on achieving outcomes with high levels of initiative, drive and a sense of urgency
• Superb communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and an interest in financial data
• A flexible approach and a willingness to take on a wide variety of responsibilities
