Insurance Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Insurance Account Manager.
This position involves supporting our insurance operations by completing applications, Acord forms, and submitting quotes with underwriters via email. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process insurance applications and Acord forms accurately.
- Submit quote requests to underwriters via email and track responses.
- Obtain quotes from online insurance portals and prepare comparative proposals.
- Communicate with underwriters and clients to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of all submissions and quotes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in insurance, underwriting support, or account management is preferred.
- Proficiency with Acord forms and insurance quoting portals is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Detail-oriented individuals with excellent organizational skills are highly valued.
- To excel in this role, you should be proficient in using tools such as NowCerts (Agency Management System) and online quoting portals for insurance carriers and wholesalers.
