Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented insurance professional to provide exceptional customer service, handle client inquiries, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication & Frontline Support
    • Answer inbound calls and respond to client requests in a timely manner.
    • Monitor and manage the shared service inbox, triaging emails and assigning tasks as needed.
  • Policy Servicing & Endorsements
    • Process policy changes, including updates to addresses, names, business entities, or ownership structures.
    • Submit and track endorsements and miscellaneous changes with carriers and internal stakeholders.
  • Billing, Payments & Compliance
    • Accept and process direct bill payments while maintaining accurate logs of financial transactions.
    • Generate and send invoices via email and e-signatures.
  • Rewal Tracking & Support
    • Track and monitor upcoming renewals, recording renewal details into the CRM system.
    • Communicate renewal statuses to clients and support retention efforts through proactive follow-ups.
  • Data Management & Documentation
    • Collect and consolidate data from multiple insurance policies for processing and documentation.
    • Upload endorsements and supporting documents into the CRM and file-sharing systems.
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of insurance operations, particularly in commercial lines.
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology, policy documents, and servicing workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
