Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/LLM Evaluator to join our team. As an AI/LLM Evaluator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality training data sets that enhance the accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice of AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training data sets for AI models to improve their performance and capabilities.
  • Annotate data to ensure AI models align with human values and principles.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and improvement of grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of training data and AI-generated text.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine data sets and drive business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the evolution of specifications for AI model training and data recipes, ensuring they meet industry standards and best practices.
  • Adapt quickly to changing environments and guidelines, prioritizing tasks effectively to achieve target KPIs, including daily job count and average handle time per job.
Requirements and Skills:

To excel in this role, you will require excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in linguistic rules and conventions. You should also be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, navigating shifting priorities and deadlines.
