Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in visual storytelling and AI-generated content.

  • The Graphic Designer will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and refining AI-generated copy and visual content across therapeutic areas.
  • They will make changes to documents in PDF, Figma, and HTML formats, with tasks ranging from simple textual changes to more complex design modifications.
  • Additionally, they will adjust and optimize AI-generated layouts, graphics, and design elements to ensure brand compliance and visual impact.
  • The Graphic Designer will also guide AI models on tone, style, visual hierarchy, and structure by shaping prompts, curating training examples, and evaluating both written and visual outputs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Graphic Designer will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of graphic design experience
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Figma
  • Proven experience with HTML/CSS
  • A Bachelor's degree in life science, communications, design, or related field
  • A passion for language, visual storytelling, and optimizing AI-generated content
  • Interest in AI and its potential to transform content creation
  • Superb communication and collaboration skills
  • An unreal work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
  • Owning equipment
