Achieve Excellence in AI Engineering

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineering Lead to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will design and develop scalable Python applications that drive business growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of innovative AI-enabled solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern frameworks for AI agents.

  • Develop and maintain robust, testable, efficient, and maintainable Python codebases.
  • Capture end-user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement security and data protection solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Python Developer, with hands-on exposure to Generative AI and LLMs.
Technical Skills

You should possess:

  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
  • Strong experience with Generative AI platforms including Azure OpenAI, Gemini, and Amazon Bedrock.
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as Autodev and Crew.
  • Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
  • Python linting/formatting tools: Pylint, Flake8, Black, MyPy.
  • Python testing libraries: PyTest and Tox.
  • Git and version control proficiency.
  • Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into a unified system.
  • Understanding of Python's multi-process architecture and threading limitations.
  • Working knowledge of PySpark and SQL.
