We're hiring across several specialized AI training tracks:

  • AI Trainer – LLM (Language, Logic & Emotional Intelligence)
  • AI Trainer – Creative Content Writer (Storytelling, Character Building, Worldbuilding)
  • AI Trainer – Audio (Voice, TTS, Emotional Delivery)
  • AI Trainer – Video (Visual Expression, Acting, Performance)
What You'll Do:
  • Annotate and evaluate in-game content—dialogues, character arcs, audio, video, etc.
  • Train AI models to improve narrative coherence, emotional depth, and player engagement.
  • Work closely with research and product teams to push the boundaries of AI in games.
  • Help shape characters, stories, audio, and movement to create unforgettable experiences.
About You:

We're looking for a wide range of talent—creatives, analysts, and techies alike. You may have a background in:

  • Writing, Storytelling, Copywriting, Screenwriting, or Technical Writing
  • Psychology, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science
  • STEM, Data Analysis, or Reporting
  • Audio Production, Voice Acting, or Video Editing
  • Performance Arts, Film, or Content Creation

Bonus points if you love RPGs or narrative-driven games.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with AI models (RLHF, fine-tuning, evaluation)
  • Experience working with game scripts, dialogue systems, or narrative logic
  • Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn
