Looking for a challenging role in sales and marketing? PMI is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Executive to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in driving business growth and achieving commercial objectives.

About the Job

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for negotiating, selling, and distributing PMFTC portfolio in covered outlets to achieve business objectives. You will also execute targeted and purposeful commercial activities to drive and achieve Commercial KPIs such as volume, distribution, and collection targets.

Key Accountabilities
  • Negotiate and sell PMFTC portfolio in covered outlets to meet business objectives.
  • Execute targeted and purposeful commercial activities to drive Commercial KPIs.
  • Understand Retail & LAS profiles to have a holistic view of customer journeys and recommend demand generation initiatives.
  • Provide quality customer service and develop effective relationships at retail to position PMFTC as a preferred business partner.
  • Coordinate with Business Building partners to identify critical areas for promoter deployment and improve awareness and trial of our brands.
  • Educate consumers on selecting the right PMFTC products by emphasizing product benefits and correct usage.
  • Monitor daily cash collection and AR of POS to ensure adherence to credit policies and prevent fraud.
Requirements
  • High School graduate (College graduate preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of negotiation and consultative selling
  • Field sales exposure is an advantage
  • Relevant sales/marketing projects and initiatives
Work Location and Schedule

This role requires working in various locations in the Visayas region, including Bacolod, Kalibo, Roxas, Iloilo, Dumaguete, Mandaue, Tagbilaran, Tacloban, and Calbayog. The work schedule is flexible, with no fixed schedule, but may require working from 4:30 AM onwards.
