SHGC is a newly formed company specializing in memorial park development, taking over its flagship project in Bacolod from an established real estate firm.

We are looking for someone to help our sales and marketing teams plan, organize, and run activities that promote our products and services. You will help with campaigns, events, social media, and reports to support the company's growth

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, located in Bacolod Negros Occidental. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, coordinating marketing events, and managing projects. Daily tasks include developing marketing materials, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, assisting with sales presentations, and liaising with other departments to ensure project alignment.

Qualifications

•Help plan and carry out marketing and sales strategies.


•Organize and manage marketing and sales projects, events, and campaigns.


•Create marketing materials and presentations to support sales.


•Do market research to find new opportunities and check competitors.


•Track sales data and prepare reports on performance and ROI.


•Work with other teams (sales, product, customer service) to improve efforts.


•Manage and update the company's social media and website content.


•Provide admin support such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and keeping records.
