Sales Support Professional

The Sales Support Professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth approval and compliance of loan documents. This individual works closely with Business Sales Officers and internal/external stakeholders to guarantee that all loan requirements are complete, CLAs move efficiently through the application/credit process, sales reports are consolidated, and monthly booking forecasts are accurately strategized.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately consolidates and prepares sales reports for analysis.
- Closely coordinates with customers to ensure timely completion of loan requirements.
- Reviews loan documentation to guarantee completeness and accuracy.
- Ensures seamless movement of CLAs throughout the application/credit process.
- Coordinates with Fulfilment teams to document and implement approval processes.
- Develops and implements strategies to forecast monthly booking targets and prioritize accounts effectively.
- Supervises Marketing Assistants to guarantee timely delivery of tasks and proper action on CLAs.
- Verifies that loan documents are complete, properly executed, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or Management.
- At least three years of experience in banking operations, preferably with extensive credit skills and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
