Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Associate is responsible for promoting and selling the company's pastry products through both online and face-to-face sales efforts. This role involves building strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, and implementing marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility. The associate will also conduct fieldwork to meet potential clients, resellers, and partners to ensure consistent product demand and business growth.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

-Sales & Client Relations

-Actively promote and sell the company's pastry products to retail, wholesale, and corporate clients.

-Conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings with potential customers to present products and close deals.

-Identify and develop new customer accounts including distributors, cafés, resellers, and event organizers.

-Handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of products.

-Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term business relationships.

-Marketing & Promotions

-Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, online promotions, and product launches.

-Manage social media postings, online selling platforms, and digital marketing initiatives.

-Coordinate with the design team for promotional materials (flyers, posters, social media content).

-Represent the brand in food fairs, exhibits, and on-site marketing events.

-Market Research & Reporting

-Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to recommend strategies.

-Gather customer feedback during fieldwork and sales calls.

-Prepare weekly sales and marketing accomplishment reports.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

-Preferably with experience in sales, marketing, or food & beverage industry.

-Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

-Knowledge in social media management and online selling platforms.

-Customer-focused, result-driven, and able to meet sales targets.

-Willing to do fieldwork and meet clients face-to-face as needed.

-Willing to travel or conduct field sales within the assigned area.
