Acquisition Manager


Job Description:

As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for conceiving and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement campaigns that optimize customer engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing budgets and campaign metrics, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and collaborating with internal teams to evaluate and optimize growth strategy.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who has a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. The ideal candidate should have strong digital, customer segmentation, and martech knowledge, as well as experience in running successful PPC and paid social campaigns.

The selected candidate will also have expertise in A/B testing, data analysis, and performance marketing metrics, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Additionally, they should have strong project management skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have a numerical, analytical mind and expert understanding of performance marketing metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adept at preparing communication, research and creative briefs.
  • Advanced digital analytics experience.
