Digital Marketing Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online to offline sales funnel strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and managing marketing campaigns, particularly within e-commerce, CPG, Telecom.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Fully owns the end-to-end digital marketing program execution from strategy definition to delivery, working with internal partners.
  2. Provide direction on content creation for owned campaigns, craft communication briefs with clear marketing objectives and KPIs.
  3. Manage lead generation campaigns; analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns with the help of external agencies to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  4. Oversee and monitor the online to offline digital funnel.
  5. Define and manage marketing strategies, with a clear view on allocation requirements across media, channel mix, platform needs, etc.
  6. Drive and manage digital projects and initiatives to achieve customer acquisition objectives for online sales and leads.
  7. Monitor reports, web analytics dashboards, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics.
  8. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure channel efficiency and optimization.
  9. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to execute and manage campaigns successfully.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to develop digital assets supporting campaigns.
  11. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields
  • 3-5 years of dedicated experience in digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with digital media touchpoints: video, social media, SEM/PPC, SEO, display, email, etc.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • Expertise in digital marketing concepts, especially performance marketing: customer acquisition, app engagement, affiliate marketing, database marketing, cross-channel campaign management, analytics, and attribution models.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Innovative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
