IT Director

This role combines leadership and operational management to drive business outcomes.

• Oversee the entire IT function, encompassing infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, ERP, and support services.
  
• Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies that align with organizational objectives and promote digital transformation.
  
• Manage multiple IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and resource allocation.
  
• Establish robust IT policies, security protocols, and compliance measures to safeguard the organization's digital assets.
  
• Bolster the IT team through mentoring and leadership, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  
• Nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize IT service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as an enterprise-level IT leader, ideally with a track record of managing complex projects.
  
• Strong leadership skills with expertise in IT strategy, infrastructure, applications, security, and emerging technologies.
  
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate technical concepts into business language.
  
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
