We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying top talent, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and our team.

This role involves screening resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a keen eye for detail.

The Recruitment Specialist will manage candidate communication, email correspondence, and keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets. They will also coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Recruitment Specialist will contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack.
