Job Overview

The Employee Services Advisor plays a vital role in resolving escalated cases from Employee Services administrators, serving as a point of escalation for queries from both the team and People Advisor counterparts in other offices.

">Key Responsibilities
  1. Case Resolution: Resolve escalated cases involving employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, transfers, secondments, exits, and data updates via HRIS systems. Handle sensitive cases requiring an in-depth understanding.
  2. Process Planning: Plan and organize onboarding and hiring activities to ensure seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
  3. Document Review: Review and process employment verification requests and secondment letters to verify employee information.
  4. Payroll Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll interface activities to ensure accurate employee data before payroll processing.
  5. Leaver Process Oversight: Oversee leaver processes and generate exit feedback reports to improve future operations.
  6. Quality Assurance: Review and finalize workflow transactions handled by Employee Services Administrators, ensuring quality, timeliness, and KPI adherence.
  7. Escalation Point: Act as an escalation point for Employee Services processes, coordinating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  8. Metrics Reporting: Create metrics reports, conduct audits, analyze cases for trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Training and Development: Support process training for new hires and upskilling of existing team members, and lead process improvements aligned with global standards.
  10. Team Representation: Represent the team in workshops and meetings, sharing best practices.
