Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Oversee and support all aspects of the organisation's information technology infrastructure, including planning, implementing, maintaining, and securing computer systems, networks, and applications.
  • Scope Management: Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. Ensure that project deliverables align with business goals and client requirements.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain project quality.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Ensure all documentation is clear, organized, and easily accessible.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies. Identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and outcomes across projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology
  • Proficient and understanding in methodologies (PMBok or PRINCE2. Agile fundamentals)
  • Understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Knowledge of the functions, operation, and mission of the IT department.
  • Preferably has undergone Management Training
  • Full time onsite role
