
Restaurant Account Manager

Job Description:
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management of restaurant accounts in Asia, ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and optimal utilization of client services. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in communication and collaboration, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has at least one year of administrative experience. Prior experience in quality assurance is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed lists from research on restaurants and hotels
- Build customer profiles
- Develop promotions
- Compile and export reports
- Audit customer accounts
- Ensure instructions are updated across various teams
Collaboration and Leadership:
You will work closely with senior leaders to establish relationships, provide training, conduct business reviews, resolve issues, gather feedback for product enhancements, and devise account strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and team player skills
- Administrative experience (at least 1 year)
- Quality assurance experience (a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google suite
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Monday.com)
- Navigational skills (Apple/Google Maps)
