We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic restaurant accounts in Asia, ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and deep utilization of client's services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating a list of top restaurants from research into existing establishments
  • Building customer profiles in our own main CRM system
  • Developing promotions within the main customer tool from a template
  • Generating reports within reporting tools and sending these directly to external customers
  • Conducting thorough audits of customer accounts, based on your own research
  • Ensuring instructions are updated across various teams
  • Creating templates across various tools as per instructions

About You:

  • You are a strong communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • You are a self-starter with experience in administrative support, able to work independently
  • You have familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Monday.com) and navigation apps (Google Maps)
  • You possess adaptability and accountability

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Prior experience in quality assurance is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google suite
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the restaurant industry (in an administrative capacity) is a plus
  • Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in Jira/Trello, Google Maps
