Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration of our products, providing strategic and tactical client services, and developing strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our engineering team to scope, prioritize, and manage customer requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to clients during implementation and deployment of our technology products.
  • Customer Understanding: Understand customer needs and translate this need into strategic solutions and recommendations.
  • Presentation and Facilitation: Present and facilitate large group meetings for clients regarding our product suite.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on all TrustArc technical products.
  • Initiative and Adaptability: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and take the initiative to learn products quickly.
  • Project Management: Manage projects within agreed-upon timelines, maintain organized documentation, and monitor task timelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in software technical support, account management, or a technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure, including online ad serving systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers.
  • Understanding of technical documentation, including product specs and API integrations.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
