Marketing Operations Role

This position involves overseeing the execution of email campaigns, managing calendars, and monitoring sends. Responsibilities include planning A/B tests, recording results, and advising on improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM databases, and analytics tools. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate complex ideas to international clients.

Key skills include strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows is required, along with a willingness to learn new digital systems.

  • Create and manage email campaign calendars.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests.
  • Build automated email campaign drips using marketing automation platforms.
  • Execute marketing activities such as website publishing and maintenance, updating customer databases, and content repository management.
  • Work with team leads and cross-functional teams to improve email campaign performances and marketing operations workflows.
  • Daily processing of ad hoc operational requests based on specific workflows.

Education: 2-5 years of relevant work experience or education in marketing, information technology, engineering, or related fields. Strong communication skills, prior experience with CRM, CMS, martech software, and proficiency in Excel are advantages.
