Enterprise Software Licensing Expert

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to lead the integration, optimization, and administration of software solutions. In this role, you will focus on enterprise software license management and asset lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions tailored to business needs.

• Administer and optimize software platforms to support license compliance and optimization initiatives.

• Analyze and manage complex software licensing, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.

• Integrate software with ITSM and ITAM tools, enabling improved automation and data integrity across platforms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

• Perform regular system audits, reporting, and software usage analysis.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Stay current with industry trends in software licensing, ITAM, and relevant technologies.

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to ensure scalability, reliability, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and integrating Flexera tools.

• Strong understanding of software asset management best practices and license optimization strategies.

• Working knowledge of major software licensing models.

• Familiarity with integrating software with ServiceNow, particularly within ITAM and ITSM ecosystems.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
