We are currently looking for a skilled Financial Document Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial/healthcare/insurance accounts and excellent analytical skills.

The primary responsibility of this role is to review the completeness and compliance of all documents received, verify accuracy of agent and license information, and analyze data to determine proper handling of work.

This position requires proficiency in Microsoft applications, ability to work full-time onsite in a designated location, and flexibility with shifts. A high level of coachability and willingness to seek feedback to improve personal performance are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify document accuracy
  • Analyze data for proper handling of work
  • Encode agent, license, and commission information accurately
  • Create and post correspondences as needed

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in financial/healthcare/insurance accounts
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Willingness to work full-time onsite
  • Flexibility with shifts
  • Ability to adhere to current performance tools
