About You

We are looking for a full-time, fully onsite Document Coordinator in Makati responsible for filing, organizing, and managing various physical and digital documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Filing and categorizing documents in a systematic way for easy retrieval
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documents meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines
  • Managing document archiving and retention periods to ensure compliance
  • Preparing and issuing receipts, invoices, and other BIR documents as needed
  • Supporting tax, compliance, and audit-related responsibilities by preparing required documents or reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We prefer candidates with a relevant associate's or bachelor's degree and previous experience in document control or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic document control tools is necessary.
