Administrative Sales Support

As a key member of the Private Advertiser team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales department.
Job Description:Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner, meeting the requirements of our Accounts department.
Sales Administration: Provide effective administrative support to the sales team, enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate records of important information within our company-held systems.
Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring seamless administration support for the sales team.
Reporting: Prepare and develop reports as required by the Sales Manager, utilizing your analytical skills to provide valuable insights.
Brand Representation: Ensure consistent representation of the Love brand across all mediums, upholding our high standards of quality and professionalism.
Operational Procedures: Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures to maintain consistency and integrity throughout your job responsibilities.
Work Prioritization: Collaborate with the team to prioritize workflow during weekly WIP sessions, ensuring efficient task management.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate or sales.
Desirable skills include proficiency in Agentbox, MS Outlook, MS Office, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.
Bachelor's degree; additional certifications in real estate or sales are advantageous.
Able to work within Australian business hours to align with the sales manager's schedule, with flexibility to adjust as needed.
