Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated administrative professional to join our sales team as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide critical support to the sales team, handling a range of administrative tasks and responsibilities.
- You will handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- You will maintain organized office files and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available at all times.
- You will schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including processing sales orders and preparing sales invoices.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and customer databases, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Preparing sales reports and presentations, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products, exceeding customer expectations.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales quotations and proposals, aligning with company goals and objectives.
