We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Secretary to join our team at LEARED AUTOMATIC EQUIPMENT PHILS ENTERPRISE INC. in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will provide essential administrative support to our Sales department, ensuring seamless sales operations.

Main Tasks
  1. Support the Sales team with scheduling appointments, calendar management, and correspondence

  2. Develop sales-related documents, including reports, presentations, and contracts

  3. Arrange and coordinate sales events and meetings

  4. Respond to customer inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service

  5. Update and maintain accurate records and databases

  6. Contribute to other administrative tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales secretarial or administrative roles

  • A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • A collaborative mindset and strong work ethic
