Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Cybersecurity and Network Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our global agile team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation in cybersecurity, software development, and big data technology.

You will be responsible for supporting the Delivery Customer Solutions Engineering Team during implementation of customer-centric solutions, coordinating with multiple teams and customers to support installation of Voice and Data services, and continually seeking ways to improve internal processes and identify problems to solve them.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience with IP Networking.
  • 3-5 years of experience with network routing protocols such as Firewall protocols and mechanisms, IP VPN, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, EIGRP, SIPT.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with routing and switching.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize work tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills for Bell Customer Interaction.
