Job Title: Cybersecurity Analyst - Network Defender Cybersecurity Analyst Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team as a Network Defender. This role involves performing network troubleshooting, configuring and managing security systems, analyzing security events, and providing excellent customer service.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network problems using strong TCP/IP networking skills.
  • Configure, manage, and upgrade Firewall (FW), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Internal Vulnerability Scanners (IVS), and Intrusion Protection Systems (IPS) platforms.
  • Analyze and respond to security events from FWs, IDS, IPS, AV, and other security data sources.
  • Provide timely and professional support to customers.
  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction and overall success of managed services.
  • Document actions in tickets to effectively communicate information internally and to customers.
  • Follow policies, procedures, and security practices.
  • Solve problems independently and escalate when necessary.
 Requirements:
  • Intermediate knowledge of network security concepts and information security best practices.
  • TCP/IP networking expertise.
  • Familiarity with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper/NetScreen security products.
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in information security or networking.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented individual.
  • Deadline-driven and detail-focused.
  • Motivated team player.
