Customer Success Specialist

The Sales Support Services role at Neksjob Corporation is a vital position that plays a crucial part in the company's overall success. As a Sales Support Services Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, promoting and selling products/services to potential customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets and KPIs consistently, providing excellent customer service and support, and tracking and updating customer interactions in the system.
This role requires a high school graduate or senior high school graduate with at least 1 year of sales experience in either a BPO or non-BPO setting. You should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be goal-oriented with a passion for sales, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary package including a monthly salary of 28K, a special one-time bonus of 40K, and exciting perks and benefits.
